This can be one of the most important determining factors in which the success that you seek, is based on how much of this you posses. I constantly have to remind myself that I am on a mission to help others and bring awareness to their lives. I got caught up in other adventures when I am blessed to do the one big adventure and that’s to bring fitness and health concepts to you. When your on a path thats correct, and that’s leading you to your goal you will constantly be bombarded by things that will take you off that course. Have enough awareness to know that these other actions aren’t in the best interest of your success. “FOCUS” isn’t easy to attain at all times yet you posses the ability to be perfect at it, it just takes practice like anything else!!

The truth is the way they look at life and the way you do is totally different. Are these three amigo’s our enemies? Are they the reasons why we are considered one of the unhealthest countries on earth? Have there been any other periods in time where these three accused, flourished as they do now? Or is it something else they’re not telling us? Hmmmm, considering that we are all chemical creatures I beg to differ about the Salt, Fat, and Sugars. The chemicals that you can’t name and even the ones you can are the blame. Yes there is such a thing, but don’t mean you can’t enjoy them you just need to be aware of the affect they have in your blood sugar and your body.  These Bad Carbs usually fall in the high-glycemic Carb index area. Meaning that they dissolve quick in your body raising the blood sugar to fast for the body to catch up and utilize it. Now the thing is a bananna is in that same category and will spike that blood sugar as well, best part about that is its natuaral sugars so they it will be utilized by the body for efficent energy.  Now a CUPCAKE, or a slice of WHITE BREAD, will spike the blood sugar as well but the Calories (energy) is empty and useless to the body there for it will be stored before it is utilized due to MANMADE substances. Bad Carbs are useless foods for the body, though they may taste great they have no use through the body so they are stored causing, Diabetes, Imflammation in the joints etc., and obesitiy issues.  Be smart about your carbohydrate intake try to keep it close to NATURE as possibl

Stop get off the computer, put down the video game controller and go outside and PLAY!!! That goes for any age since playing and having fun is a form of exercise, my older generations are getting that and I know the younger ones can learn by watching them but we are to busy with technology to not even notice how the younger generations are predicted to die before their PARENTS, that is UNBELIEVEABLE when we are suppose to be getting better with every generation, what’s happening.  With the increase of FAST-FOODS as well as P.E. programs being taken away from schools because of budget cuts, our children are suffering tremendously. SO its up to the PARENTS to start on a WAR on these things that are DAMAGING our KIDS FUTURE!!

Foam Rolling is a form of stretching that is used to help release knots bedded within the muscles throughout the body. The use of foam rolled up making it dense, can be done by yourself with just a little room needed. Finding the knots in the muscle will usually be associated with a bit of pain. Once you find that area hold it there for 20 seconds and release and roll through.
